Stick with short-term, achievable targets rather than something huge and terrifying.
Do it today - don't wait for tomorrow
Little and often is better than a mega session once a month. Try to get into a routine so it feels natural to fit your exercise session into your day.
Warm up
Use the checklist I'll give you to tick off the exercises you've done. This acts like a "star chart" and you'll be surprisingly motivated by seeing what you've done.
Vary the exercises you do to avoid boredom.
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move, but don't think you have to put on something special to exercise - don't use "I can't be bothered to change" as an excuse.
Remember to stretch after each session.
Have an exercise break instead of a coffee break (you can have the coffee afterwards!
