I am fully qualified in Body Balance, which incorporates movements of Tai Chi, Pilates and yoga. I also use fitballs. For many years I have run exercise classes of different sorts at local leisure centres so if there is some particular kind of exercise you would like to incorporate, ask me.
Examples of What I can do for you:
Programme 1.
I visit you at home. We discuss your goals and your current level of fitness and capability. We discuss how and where you would like to exercise, and what, if any, equipment you own. I devise a programme for you that meets you needs, setting mini-milestones along the road to your longer-term goals. I visit you again at intervals to check how you are progressing. I change the programme from time to time to make sure you stay motivated, and I make sure that you are using any equipment properly and exercising in the best way to reach your goals.
Programme 2 - through and after pregnancy
I visit you at home, devise a programme of gentle exercise to keep you supple and healthy during your pregnancy and to help you relax. After the baby is born, I devise another programme to help you get back into shape safely . Because I visit you at home, you don't have the problem of finding childcare while you do your exercise.
I can visit you as often as you feel is necessary to keep you going towards those goals of you yours.
