I live in the Ashby area which is convenient for covering the patch of the Midlands around the National Forest.

Several of my clients work from home, and for them I’ve put together some simple routines which they can use as an energising break from their computers.  They don’t need to travel specially to exercise, so they have more time to put into their businesses.
